Behavioral coaching facilitates exploration of the client's behaviors, values, attitude, perceptions, beliefs, motives, emotions and actions. This process enables me (Behavioral Coach) to understand if the client's behaviors are based on emotions and unconscious responses or intellectual and conscious thoughts.
Therapy deals with healing pain, dysfunction and conflict within an individual or in relationships. The focus is often on resolving difficulties arising from the past that hamper an individual’s emotional functioning in the present, improving overall psychological functioning, and dealing with the present in more emotionally healthy ways. Coaching, on the other hand, supports personal and professional growth based on self-initiated change in pursuit of specific actionable outcomes. These outcomes are linked to personal or professional success. Coaching is future focused.
My role is to facilitate thinking so that the client suceeds in changing a behavior which would otherwise prevent him/her from controlling thier emotions.
I offer tools that guide the client in identifying the trigger to their trauma and develp a clear plan of action for overcoming the responses driven by their emotions.
While there are no set limits of coaching sessions, it is recommended that to maximize the full benefit of service, a minimum of three or more sessions are best. From there more sessions can be taken if a client and/or their attorney feel the need for more sessions.
Prices vary depending on the IME service that the attorney books. Additional behavioral coaching packages are available upon the request of the attorney on behalf of their client.
Coaching sessions are delivered by telephone and/or live chat over the internet. Face-to-face sessions can be offered and is determined on a case-by-case basis, and the fee for this service is higher than other coaching services.
