Book me for your client's next IME in three small steps. 

Follow the prompts to select the date and time you want to book me. 

  1. Choose your start time.
    Please note that the :00, :15, :30, or :45 starting time slots are good for 1 hour of time. (Billed at $189.00 per hour). (Ie. You wish to book for a 1 hour appointment at 9:45am, you would select the 09:45-10:00 start time slot)
  2. Enter your contact and billing info to complete your booking
    If you need to cancel an IME please give 24 hour notice. If you need to cancel and do so within 24hours you will be issued a full refund. Please note that I charge a fee for lateness and no-shows. If you need to book an IME for the same day please call 917-283-8861 to ensure my availability.
